14-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your items. If you wish to return a product, you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility & Hygiene

Due to the handmade nature of our products and strict hygiene standards, skincare items (balms, perfume rollers) and candles must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received to be eligible for a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us immediately with a photo of the damaged item and packaging so we can put it right.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at Pausemoments.83@gmail.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or faulty.
